We process and dispatch orders on business days only, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Timeframe
Delivery within our service area can be arranged within 2–4 business days from the time your order is placed.
Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, order requirements, product availability, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Area
Our standard delivery area is Metro Adelaide, as defined on Google Maps.
Our delivery service also includes the following areas in the Fleurieu region:
- Mt Compass
- Encounter Bay
- Areas extending from Encounter Bay to Currency Creek
We can also arrange delivery outside our standard service area to locations such as:
- Mt Barker
- Murray Bridge
- Tailem Bend
- Gawler
If you are located outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before placing your order for further information regarding delivery availability, timing, and any applicable delivery arrangements.
We are unable to ship interstate or to far regional areas of South Australia.
