Conditions of Sale

Subject to relevant State consumer laws

• Any Discrepancies to be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods.
• If a non-defective part supplied in accordance with your description that is accepted by us for return, it must be in original packaging, ripped bags or cartons will not be accepted, a handling fee of 20% of order value will apply. Buyers will be directly liable for any costs incurred for returning the part e.g. freight. Electrical items that the packaging has been opened are considered fitted and are not returnable.
• If product needs to be returned we will provide you with instructions on how to return the products with which you must comply.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you purchased with. We will process the refunds within 7 days of returned products.
• A 12-month warranty applies to most new Spare Parts (Excluding light globes and water filters). Warranty is limited to the replacement of the Spare Part.
• The manufacturer’s warranty overrides any warranty given or implied by Flagstaff Electrical Appliance Parts.
• For any Warranty claims please email us at sales@flagstaffelectrical.com.au with the relevant order number.
• Special order parts are not returnable and cannot be cancelled once we have ordered from the supplier.
• All goods remain the property of Flagstaff Electrical Appliance Parts until full payment is received.

 

Flagstaff Electrical Appliance Parts online offers Australia wide standard shipping at a flat fee of $12.95.
• We use Couriers Please, Aramex, Australia Post & TNT as our main carriers.
• We can deliver to Post office boxes but some parcels cannot be delivered to Post office boxes so please provide street address as well if possible.
• Shipping times from our Freight carriers are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
• We are to committed to fast dispatch times and make every effort to make sure the parts listed on our website are available.
• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days i.e. Monday - Friday.
• In case an ordered part is not in stock we will order the part from the manufacturer within one business day
• In case an ordered item is no longer available or on back-order, we will contact you within 2 business days to notify you about any alternative parts or issue a full refund.
• Tracking code is provided with all our shipments however we cannot provide guarantee on freight times as we are fully reliant on our carriers.
• Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 7.00am - 5pm.
• You may add special delivery instructions as you place your order.

 

Return & Refunds

Damaged or Faulty Items


• If you have received any Items damaged or Faulty, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the items.
• If you received the parts damaged, we may ask you to email us the pictures of the damaged parts.
• We will advise you if the items need to be returned, if they need to be returned we will email you Return labels as per our Return process.
• If the item is deemed to be damaged or faulty then we will dispatch the replacement within one business day, if item is not in stock we will order it from the manufacturer within one business day.
• If a refund is required, full refund will be issued within one business day of the item being damaged or faulty. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

Not as Described Returns


• If you have received any items which were not ordered or not as described, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the items.
• We will dispatch the correct item within one business day, if item is not in stock we will order it from the manufacturer within one business day.
• If a refund is required, full refund will be issued within one business day of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Please do not send credit card or bank account details with your return as they are not required to process a refund.
• We will email you return labels as per our Return process to return the incorrect item back to us.
• Please note any items which have been incorrectly supplied or not as described would need to be returned in their original packaging and not used. If the item has been used or fitted, then Flagstaff Electrical Appliance Parts Online Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject the claim.

Incorrectly ordered items or no longer required.


• If you have ordered an item incorrectly or no longer require the item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the items.
• Please note any items which need to be returned must be in their original packaging and not used. If the item has been used or fitted, then Flagstaff Electrical Appliance Parts reserves the right to reject the claim.
• The parts will need to be returned to us at your cost and a handling fees of 20% of item value will apply.
• A refund for original purchase price (less handling fee and freight) will be issued within 7 days of returned parts, Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Please do not send credit card or bank account details with your return as they are not required to process a refund.

 

Terms and Conditions- Appliances

 We endeavour to maintain our website daily, however we encourage you to confirm with us the availability of stock prior to purchasing to avoid any stock errors and disappointment.

 Due to the nature of Factory Second appliances, we would prefer you to come and view the item prior to purchasing to ensure any external blemishes that may be present are satisfactory. We can provide pictures if required and accessible.Payment Options:

Products on our site can be paid by cash on collection, credit card or direct deposit.

Delivery:

Delivery fees are calculated on a case-by-case basis with factors such as the size of the machine, location of delivery and whether you need us to take away the old (already disconnected) appliance as well.

 We are not authorised to install your appliance, so delivery is to ground floor entry only. If you do require a service person to fit your new appliance, we can put you in touch with a fully qualified tradie who comes highly recommended by our very own customers.

Prior to delivery the appliance and delivery fee must be paid in full. 

If you are not home to accept a delivery at an agreed upon time, the appliance will be returned to the store and you will be required to pay for another delivery.

Warranties:

Each appliance brand comes with its own unique Manufacturers Warranty period depending on the Factory Second classification. This could range from a 3-month to a 3-year warranty period. Please confirm with us to clarify what warranty period your specific appliance comes with prior to purchase if concerned.

Customers who have purchased appliances from us, will be able to claim a 10% discount on all future spare part purchases after the warranty period has expired for added peace of mind.
